It's funny when you are behind schedule on things like this the most important happenings are forgotten. I neglected to add an entry at the turn of the year mentioning that I was laid off. Despite my company's continued assurance that everything was fine and going to be fine, they let go of >30% of their staff. It was a real blindside and corporate lay-offs suck; there was zero compassion or "thanks for 6+ years of service". It was literally "get the f*ck out the door". Oh well. The above picture was one of my endeavors during the down time (besides looking to bring in some projects for a buddy's firm and looking for other job opportunities). I built a handy storage rack for the RocketBox, skis, bikes, etc in the garage. I was very pleased with the results.
